Green Mountain Dining Room
Our main campus dining room is located in Alliot Hall, open seven days a week serving three meals a day. This location offers unlimited servings – the menu offers a variety of entrees, pizza, deli, grill specialties, chef’s exhibitions, salads, soups and desserts. All meals offer vegetarian options and most offer “vegan” specialties as well.

Sloan Asian Bistro
Located in Sloane Hall on north campus. Come and enjoy a taste of the orient. Let our chef take your order and prepare an entree for your enjoyment.
Every night there will be two of your favorite entrees plus two regional specialties.
After placing your order, enjoy the unlimited salad bar, bread bar and specialty soup of the week.
The cafe is open to students on meal plans (the carte blanch and block 40).
Don't have a car or don't want to drive up ......Take the shuttle!

Knight Stand Café
This cafe is located in the hub of Alliot Hall and offers a variety of snacks and beverages including fresh brewed coffee, pastries, big cookies, fruit cups and parfaits. If you are in the mood for a special sandwich you can create your own by choosing from a variety of fresh meats, veggies and spreads.
In the mood for something hot? We have fresh made calzones, pizzas and sandwiches. We also have a cappuccino machine for hot specialty drinks that are sure to warm you up on a cold winter's day. Want to try something fresh and frozen? You can pick from our list of fresh made smoothies. They are filled with fresh fruit and sure to appease any appetite. From 9pm-close we are now offering items hot off the grill featuring philly cheese steaks, the popular chopped chicken, burgers, fries and mozzerella sticks. We are at a very conveinient location and we accept knight bucks. |

Café Cheray
Cafe Cheray is located between the Cheray Science Center and Saint Edmund's Hall. This cafe is the perfect place to grab a fresh brewed coffee to go. It also offers grab and go salads and sandwiches, a daily homemade soup, pastries, bagels and a variety of beverages. If you are on the go and need a snack between classes stop in. Need to catch up with a friend? Have lunch outside on the patio. We also accept knight bucks. |
